On July 15th our little girl turned one! It's amazing for me to think back to one year ago and remember the birth of our daughter. I remember every detail of that day. It almost seemed like a dream....a dream come true. God is so good!
Our sweet Peyton has grown to be such a perfect angel. Her sweet personality brings so much joy to us each and every day. We can't imagine our lives without her. We love her so much and we thank God for giving us this beautiful blessing.
Peyton, the morning of your birthday, Daddy and I went into your room and sang Happy Birthday to you. Even though you heard it a few days before at your party, you weren't really sure what to think.
We love you so much. You are a blessing from above. Happy Birthday our sweet baby!

Weight: 21 lbs 1oz
Height: 30.5 inches
head: 18 inches
Some things she's been doing lately:
-Walking and almost running
-growing teeth like crazy- up to five
-facing forward in her big girl car seat
-wearing shoes alot more
-eating big people food- she's doesn't care for baby food anymore.
-the doctor told us to start her on whole milk- Peyton wasn't too sure about it, but likes it when we add a little drop of chocolate syrup
-she loves books
-loves to wave at everybody she sees
-can now say... " Dada", "mama", "hi", "um", "baby", "hey", "no"-and shakes her head at the same time, "mi-mi" and more..
-still likes to give kisses
-loves to play ball...especially with her daddy
-Her favorite word is baby
-loves to play with her new birthday toys! We got her a tent and she puts everything in it- we have found shoes, the t.v remote, cell phones, and much more in her little tent. She can sit in it for hours. It's her own private spot.
-still working on the sippy cup
