Papaw Tommy's 74th birthday party

My papaw Tommy turned 74 years old on July 12th and we had the opportunity to celebrate his birthday today with our family and extended family. It was a very special birthday for papaw to have is entire family celebrate with him. He's battling Alzheimer's and just recently found out he has Parkinson's disease. I can tell papaw is hurting, but he remains strong.
