My little angel had an accident the Saturday before Christmas. My dad was carrying her into Toy's R Us and I was walking beside them when dad's foot caught the side of my foot as we were trying to bundle her up. Both he and Peyton fell to the ground. He used his knees and arm to keep Peyton from hitting the pavement hard, but still somehow she managed to fracture her tibia bone. Having a 1 year old with a boot on her leg is quite an adventure. Peyton's sweet personality has made it so easy. I know my baby is frustrated, but she really don't let this stop her. She has figured out how to crawl around and drag the cast behind her. She's such a trooper.
