Chris and I wanted to do something fun this past weekend because the weather was beautiful. We ended up going to eat a great lunch on Saturday at Kobe in Tuscaloosa and headed to Lake Lurleen State Park. The park was so peaceful. We assumed they would have crickets and worms for us to fish with, but all sold out! Go figure! haha. So, we just let Peyton fish for a while. She loved it! Peyton ended up talked her daddy into taking her on a paddle boat ride. Fun!
Avery and I stayed in the shade most of the day playing with her toys. She was exhausted when we got home.
On Sunday, we ended up going to a lake not far from Lake Lurleen to fish with some friends. Peyton had a blast running around and Chris ended up using her fishing rod. haha! They did catch about 40 fish. WOW!
